- Bets placed after an event has started (where in-play betting is not available) will be voided and the stake refunded.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse)
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Using another person's account or selling your account
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to jayo7's systems
- Exploiting technical errors in odds
Warning: jayo7's fraud detection system automatically identifies unusual activity. During any investigation into suspected fraudulent behaviour, the relevant account and payments may be temporarily suspended.
Jayo7 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms and Conditions
- If KYC verification fails or false information is proven
- If Your Account Security Is Compromised
- As required by a court order or government directive
- If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
If a member wishes to close their own account support@jayo7.appto submit your request. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
Accounts closed due to Terms violations may be appealed, but jayo7's decision is final.
