How we keep your account secure
When you log in, your mobile number and password are transmitted through a fully encrypted channel. No one can intercept or steal that information in transit.
When you log in from a new device, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. Without that code, no one can access your account — your phone is your key.
If a login attempt is made on your account from a different country or an unusual location, jayo7 automatically sends an alert and may temporarily lock the account if needed.
If your account remains inactive for an extended period, jayo7 will automatically log you out. This ensures no one else can gain access to your account.
Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. After that, you can regain access by verifying your identity via OTP or email.
Important: No jayo7 staff member or representative will ever ask for your password, OTP, or bank PIN. Any such request is an attempt at fraud.
